Adopting the high-precision resistance strain principle. It converts the elastomer deformation into electrical signals based on strain effect, so as to accurately collect six-dimensional force information.
 
Equipped with high and low temperature compensation and featured with excellent temperature stability. With full-temperature range calibration and compensation, it maintains stable measurement in wide temperature environments and adapts to complex working conditions.
 
Compatible with multiple digital communication protocols. Integrated with mainstream industrial bus protocols, it is compatible with robots and industrial control systems, realizing plug-and-play and simple integration.
 
It delivers high precision, low crosstalk and outstanding stability. The non-linearity error is ≤ 0.1% FS, the crosstalk error is less than 0.5% FS, with low long-term drift and stable and reliable measurement.
 
Made of aviation aluminum alloy with strong overload resistance. The lightweight and high-strength structure supports 200% rated load overload capacity, with good impact resistance and fatigue resistance.

The FSM6-E50 series six-axis force sensor is a high-precision force sensing device that integrates synchronous detection of three-dimensional force and three-dimensional torque. Adopting the mature resistance strain measurement principle, combined with precision structural design and algorithm optimization, it can real-timely and accurately collect X/Y/Z axial force and three-axis torque data in space. It is widely applicable to industrial manipulators, collaborative robots, automated production lines, precision force-controlled processing, automobile manufacturing, scientific research tests and other scenarios, enabling flexible operation, force-controlled assembly, process inspection and intelligent closed-loop control.

Built with high-precision strain measurement units and based on the resistance strain sensing principle, the elastomer generates micro-deformation under force, and the strain gauges output linear electrical signals synchronously. Through independent signal conditioning, temperature compensation and solving algorithm processing, six-dimensional force data can be accurately calculated. Featuring stable signals and rapid response, it realizes high-precision synchronous measurement of multi-dimensional force and torque.
